Lilliane’s Jewelry is a family-owned business, and we treat your personal information the way we’d want ours treated — with care, honesty, and respect. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit lillianesjewelry.com or shop with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you place an order, create an account, join our email list, or contact us, you may share your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and phone number. Payment card details are handled securely by our payment processors — full card numbers are never stored on our servers.
Gift Reminders. If you join our Gift Reminders program, you may also choose to share your birthday, your anniversary, and the name and birthday of someone you shop for (month and day only; we never ask for a birth year). We use these dates only to send you reminders and occasional offers around those occasions. You can change or remove any date, or pause reminders, at any time by emailing or calling us.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies that collect certain information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and how you found us. See “Cookies” below for details and for how to opt out.
Measuring our advertising. We use first-party measurement on our website to understand which of our ads lead to visits and purchases, both online and in our Leawood showroom. When you visit, your browser is given a random visitor ID that is stored in a cookie on lillianesjewelry.com. If you share your email address or phone number with us through one of our forms, it is converted in your browser into a one-way hashed code before anything is shared with our advertising measurement partners, so your actual email address or phone number is never sent to them. This measurement follows your privacy choices: if you opt out on our Opt-out Preferences page, or your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, it does not run.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process and ship your orders, respond to your questions, send order updates, and — if you’ve joined our email list — share occasional news and offers from our family to yours. We also use aggregated site analytics to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it, and advertising tools to reach people who may be interested in our jewelry.
We do not sell your personal information.

Who We Share Information With
We share information only with the service providers who help us run the store: payment processors, shipping carriers, our website and email platforms (including WordPress/WooCommerce, Constant Contact, and Zapier), analytics providers (Google), and advertising platforms (Google, Meta). These providers may only use your information to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Your Rights & Choices
You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy laws — including the right to opt out of targeted advertising, which you can exercise through our cookie popup or the Manage Consent link. Children
Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Security & Retention
We use industry-standard safeguards — including SSL encryption on every page — to protect your information, and we keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above (for example, order records are kept as required for accounting and warranty purposes).
