Lilliane’s Jewelry is a family-owned business, and we treat your personal information the way we’d want ours treated — with care, honesty, and respect. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit lillianesjewelry.com or shop with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you place an order, create an account, join our email list, or contact us, you may share your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and phone number. Payment card details are handled securely by our payment processors — full card numbers are never stored on our servers.
Gift Reminders. If you join our Gift Reminders program, you may also choose to share your birthday, your anniversary, and the name and birthday of someone you shop for (month and day only; we never ask for a birth year). We use these dates only to send you reminders and occasional offers around those occasions. You can change or remove any date, or pause reminders, at any time by emailing or calling us.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies that collect certain information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and how you found us. See “Cookies” below for details and for how to opt out.
Measuring our advertising. We use first-party measurement on our website to understand which of our ads lead to visits and purchases, both online and in our Leawood showroom. When you visit, your browser is given a random visitor ID that is stored in a cookie on lillianesjewelry.com. If you share your email address or phone number with us through one of our forms, it is converted in your browser into a one-way hashed code before anything is shared with our advertising measurement partners, so your actual email address or phone number is never sent to them. This measurement follows your privacy choices: if you opt out on our Opt-out Preferences page, or your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, it does not run.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process and ship your orders, respond to your questions, send order updates, and — if you’ve joined our email list — share occasional news and offers from our family to yours. We also use aggregated site analytics to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it, and advertising tools to reach people who may be interested in our jewelry.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use three kinds:
Essential cookies keep the site working — your shopping cart, checkout, and account login depend on them. These can’t be switched off.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) help us understand how visitors use our site — which pages are popular, how people find us — so we can make the site better. The data we see is aggregated, not personally identifying.
Marketing cookies (Meta/Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, Klaviyo) help us show relevant ads to people who have visited our site and measure whether our advertising works. If you have shared your email address with us, Klaviyo’s cookies also let us send you a reminder when you leave items in your cart or at checkout.
You can accept or decline non-essential cookies using the cookie popup that appears when you first visit, and you can change your mind at any time using the Manage Consent link at the bottom of any page. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings.
Email & Text Messages
If you sign up for our email list (for example, through our $100 welcome offer or the sign-up box at the bottom of our pages), we’ll send you occasional emails through our email service provider, Klaviyo. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is always one click. No hard feelings.
If you choose to receive text messages from us, we send those through Klaviyo as well. The terms for our text messages are below.
Text Message (SMS) Terms
What you’re signing up for. When you enter your mobile number and agree to receive texts from Lilliane’s Jewelry (for example, on our website sign-up form, at checkout, or on our Gift Reminders form), you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from us at that number, such as new arrivals, special offers, in-store events, reminders about items left in your cart and, if you joined Gift Reminders, reminders about the dates you shared. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
How often. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any of our texts to unsubscribe at any time. You’ll receive one confirmation text and no further marketing texts. Reply HELP for help, or reach us at (913) 383-3376 or [email protected].
Your mobile information. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your text message opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the service providers that deliver our messages for us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Who We Share Information With
We share information only with the service providers who help us run the store: payment processors, shipping carriers, our website, email and text message platforms (including WordPress/WooCommerce, Klaviyo, and Zapier), analytics providers (Google), and advertising platforms (Google, Meta). These providers may only use your information to provide their services to us. The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Your Rights & Choices
You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy laws — including the right to opt out of targeted advertising, which you can exercise through our cookie popup or the Manage Consent link. Children
Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Security & Retention
We use industry-standard safeguards — including SSL encryption on every page — to protect your information, and we keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above (for example, order records are kept as required for accounting and warranty purposes).

If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new “last updated” date.
